This version handles one PDF at a time. It generates a JPEG cover from page one, lets you enter the post details manually, and prepares a Ghost draft with the image. The PDF itself can be attached manually in Ghost afterwards.

Enter the publication details manually before publishing. After the draft is created, add the PDF file manually inside Ghost.
